1. Loading & Pre-Compression
Scrap is fed into the charge box using a grab or crane. The lid and side press apply vertical and lateral force to pre-compress the material.
2. Secondary Compression
The side pressure cylinder further compresses the scrap longitudinally, increasing density and shaping it for shearing.
3. Cutting & Discharge
The cutting cylinder activates the blade to shear the scrap into preset lengths. The processed material is then ejected from the chamber.
