The four-shaft shredder can meet demanding working requirements, such as high mixing degree of crushed materials, complex crushing conditions, and strict control of discharge particle size. Its advantage is that it can effectively crush large-sized materials and can control the size of the output.
The four-shaft shredder uses different tool structures to cooperate with each other to ensure high cutting efficiency, uniform and easy-to-control material size after crushing; the machine works with very low noise (75-85 decibels), low dust, low energy consumption, and is suitable for crushing various soft and hard materials.
Feed particle size: 100-2800mm
Production capacity: 500-30000kg/h
Applicable materials: metal, plastic, rubber, tires, wood, textiles, waste paper and other domestic waste, industrial waste, medical waste, hazardous waste, etc.

The four-shaft shredder is widely used, especially for industrial waste crushing, electronic waste crushing, medical waste crushing, old books and confidential documents crushing. The shredder series solves the problems of low efficiency and mesh blocking of easily entangled materials. This type of shredder has excellent design, PLC control, high-efficiency transmission system, and easy-to-maintain structural design.
Main shearing method: formed between the edges of adjacent main cutting knife groups.
Secondary shearing method: relative shearing between the edges of adjacent main cutting knife groups and secondary cutting knife groups.
The discharge size of the four-shaft shredder is controlled by the screen. After the material is cut once, the material with a particle size smaller than the screen hole will be discharged from the mesh hole. The material with a size larger than the mesh hole will be returned to the crushing box along the inner surface of the screen for secondary cutting through the guiding action of the main cutting knife and the secondary cutting knife. This cycle continues until the material can be discharged from the screen hole.
