Fuel Oil

This is one of the most critical—and economically valuable—products of the oil sludge pyrolysis process.

Simply put, when oil sludge decomposes in a high-temperature, oxygen-free environment, its organic components are converted into oil and gas; after condensation, these transform into liquid fuel oil.

Flammable Gas

During the pyrolysis process, in addition to liquid oil, a portion of non-condensable gas is also produced.

Metal Composition

Some oil sludge (particularly that derived from industrial or refining processes) contains a certain amount of metallic impurities.
