Finally, the material passes through dewatering and hot-air drying equipment to reduce moisture content, preparing it for subsequent processing.

Step 4: Melt Granulation

The dried plastic fragments enter a plastic granulator, where they are melted and extruded at high temperatures before being cut into recycled plastic pellets of uniform size.

These pellets are easy to transport and consistent in quality; they can be used directly as production raw materials and represent a key product within the plastic recycling industry.

Step 5: Manufactured into New Plastic Products

Many people assume that recycled plastic can only be used to make low-value products, but that is not the case.

When properly processed, recycled plastic can be widely used across various sectors—such as packaging, textiles, construction, logistics, and consumer goods—enabling true resource recycling.
