Solder Dross Separation Machine is an endeavor in reverting and recycling the oxides which occur during working of a Wave Soldering Machine in order to reduce production cost, create a greener environment and assist the quality process.
Description
Solder dross recovery machine can turns the oxide (thin dross), of which comes from wave soldering machine, dip oven, manual soldering, into pure tin.
The separation rate ups to 93.6% and the recycled pure tin can lunch into production directly. 316L stainess steel oven can bear high temperature and rust. Max. 70kg “bottom tin” stored in empty oven, needs 60mins to be melt when uses the machine.
