De-labeling, Shredding & Washing
PET bottle recycling line is designed to recycle polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles, which are commonly used for packaging beverages, food, and other products. Recycling PET bottles helps to reduce environmental impact, conserve resources, and decrease the amount of plastic waste in landfills.
The production capacity of our PET bottle washing and recycling machine can be 300kg/h to 3000kg/h.
Waste PET bottles undergo label removal, shredding, cleaning, drying and other processes, and finally clean PET flakes are obtained. These flakes can be further processed and reused and have high commercial value.

PET plastic bottle de-labeling is an important part of the PET bottle recycling line. Labels on PET bottles are typically made of paper or plastic materials and are attached using adhesives. Removing these labels is important for recycling processes, as the labels can contaminate the recycling stream if not properly separated.
In this process, PET plastic bottles that do not meet the requirements can be manually picked out.
Its overall frame is composed of steel, pulleys and belts.
The plastic bottle shredder machine is one of the main machines in the PET bottle recycling line. With 10pcs blades made of 9CrSi inside, plastic bottles can be easily chopped into small pieces.
Remove labels that cannot be removed by the label removal machine (usually adhesive labels, common phrases, infusion bottles, etc.).
The flotation separation tank utilize water as a medium to separate PET pieces from PP PE pieces according to the density of different plastics.
Horizontal dryer is used for drying washed plastic.
