Description
GMC400 copper wire granulator is a smaller model of integrated copper wire granulator. The integrated design takes up less space and saves space. It is fully automatic in crushing, dust collection and separation. Only one person is needed to feed the materials and start production. The output is 150-300kg per hour, which is suitable for home operation or small-scale copper wire recycling plant. It has the advantages of high recovery rate, easy operation, low energy consumption, no pollution and low investment cost.
First, put the waste copper wires into the machine through the feed port, and the copper wires will be crushed after entering the machine. Then, after air flow and vibration separation, the copper particles are discharged from the left outlet, the plastic is discharged from the right outlet, and the dust is sent to the dust collector through the air duct. The separation rate of copper is as high as 99%, and no secondary pollution will be generated.
Feeding Materials
GMC400 copper wire granulator is suitable for almost all types of copper wires and cables, such as: communication wires, miscellaneous wires, burnt wires, automobile wires, single branch wires, multi-branch wires, woolen wires, etc.
After Processing
After being crushed into fine particles, the waste electrical wires are separated by a built-in airflow separator. The final copper particles will have a purity of over 99.9%. These separated copper and plastic particles can then be further recycled.
