The tire shredder is an essential equipment in waste tire recycling plant. It can process waste tires, car tires and truck tires into small pieces for further processing. Tire shredder is a double-shaft shredder with a screen. It uses two counter-rotating shafts and blades to move towards each other to achieve shredding. It is a low-speed, high-torque industrial shredder.
Waste tires enter the tire shredder box through a conveyor belt. The box carries the shredding blades. The shredding blades move towards each other to produce a comprehensive effect of tearing, squeezing, and shearing to shred the waste tires into small rubber pieces. Qualified tire rubber blocks are discharged from the screen and enter the next step of tire recycling. Rubber blocks with larger diameters return to the shredding chamber and are shredded again until they reach the required size and are discharged from the screen.
