GM-S15 Copper Cable Granulator

GM-S15 copper cable granulator is our new developed cable wire granulator and separator machine with 120-150kg/h capacity. For waste wires with a diameter of 0~30mm, the processing effect is the best.
Description
The GM-S15 copper wire granulator can be used alone to recycle waste electrical copper/aluminum wires. Waste wires are put in through the feeding port and then chopped into small particles, the mixed copper and plastic granules are then separated by airflow sorting. Finally, clean plastic and copper will be discharged from both sides respectively.
The size of model GM-S15 is 137cm*112cm*198cm, which is smaller than most copper granulator machine with the same output. Moreover, this model is also equipped with 4 wheels from the factory, making it more convenient to move.
Copper wire crushing and separation production line
For the recycling of mixed and complex waste wires, a wire shredder machine can be configured to perform primary crushing of the waste wires. The shredder can make the entire production line more efficient, the feeding electrical cables will first be cut into small pieces by our B series shredder. When the output material passes through the conveyor belt, the iron in the material will be removed by the iron remover; The remaining materials will be sent to the GM-S15 copper wire granulator machine for further shredding, and eventually separate the copper and plastic.
Feeding Materials
The GM-S15 copper wire granulator can process all kinds of waste wires, such as automotive wires, appliance dismantling wires, telephone lines, network cables, data cables, building wires, etc.
After Processing
After being crushed into fine particles, the waste electrical wires are separated by a built-in airflow separator. The final copper particles will have a purity of over 99.9%. These separated copper and plastic particles can then be further recycled.
