Working Process of Compressor Cutter Recycling Machine
1. Plasma Cutting Activation: The CNC system controls the plasma torch to cut open the compressor body quickly and accurately.
2. Frequency Adjustment: The cutting speed can be adjusted by regulating pressure frequency, allowing users to balance speed and quality.
3. Dust Collection System: A built-in industrial cartridge dust collector captures smoke and debris through a pulse-jet filtration system, keeping the workspace clean and compliant with environmental standards.
4. Compressor Disassembly: The adjustable claw mechanism opens or grips the compressor securely during cutting.
5. Air Tool Support: Air gun positioning is adjustable to match compressor heights for internal component removal.
